How can I sign up for the Litams service?

 subscriptions through an application you can subscribe to the service Litams. Remember to indicate the desired choice of your subscription (Basic, Basic Plus, Premium or TTP) After notification you will receive an email from us when we confirm your subscription.

I want to lease the equipment, is that possible?

Yes you can. Indicate clearly on the form that you want to lease the equipment. During the first twelve months of lease, you can purchase the equipment whereby each monthly lease payment will be substracted as a downpayment on the purchase. After twelve months, you can still purchase the equipment, but not all monthly payments will be disounted as prepayments

What about the deposit payment?

When leasing, a deposit is required, which serves as a bond. In case you terminate the Litams subscribtion, the deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment (in reasonable working condition).

How is the monthly invoice calculated?

The computer calculates each first day of the month the number of animals in the database (or the number of transactions over the previous month, in case of a TTP subscription). This number is multiplied with the appropriate fee (typically a few cents). Other agreed items are added, such as lease or purchases through the Litams webshop. The invoice is sent out by email. You can also find all invoices in your account, under the heading "Financials".

I lost my log-in information

We send you the login details by email at the start of your subscription. If you cannot find this email anymore, please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and you will receive your new login details within 24 hours.

Can I import historical data into Litams?

Yes. If you have collected data with a PC-based software program or with excel we can usually upload that to your account. Please contact us for the details.

Do I need another subscription on top of the Litams service?

No

How does the mobile internet service is temporarily unavailable (no network coverage)?

The HCR puts data in the memory and sent to a network once again available.

How can many HCR account's can I have?

Up to 10

How are reports processed on Agriculture?

All mandatory reports to LNV (births, deaths, supply, drainage and transport) will be automatically notified when they're through the HCR report. All reports can follow through with LNV your account. Should there be an error then you get an email from there.

When should I back up?

Never. That does Litams daily.

How can I get my data?

By logging in to your account using your username and password. Through any computer with internet you can access your account. All over the world. You can always and everywhere to see if everything is going well.

Should I subscribe IDR (SG online) account?

No

Can I use multiple CPH's?

Yes you can. There are no additional charges for multiple CPH's the same owner
